Who is covered by Renault Assistance?
Renault Assistance is a vehicle based membership so it covers anyone driving your Renault in the UK with your permission. All new vehicles purchased in the UK from a franchised Renault dealer are automatically covered by Renault Assistance which includes the full range of benefits and provides cover for the duration of the warranty period.
How to call Renault Assistance
Before calling Renault Assistance, please make sure that you have the following details ready:
- Registration number of your vehicle
- Your name
- Your address
- A contact telephone number
- Model and colour of your vehicle
- Nature of breakdown
- Your exact location
If you believe you are in a vulnerable or dangerous situation, please make this clear at the time of your call. After making your call, return to a safe place near your vehicle.

On average, 1 in 5 of all Renault Assistance call-outs are for punctures, wrong fuel, lost keys, road traffic accidents, that are not covered by your Renault Asssitance cover. Average charges for such call-outs are currently £95 for a puncture or £175 for an accident. RENAULT HAS TAKEN CARE OF EVERYTHING FOR YOU...
£50 will cover you for two years for all call-outs for these unfortunate incidents, or £60 will cover you for three years .The cover starts from the day your vehicle was first registered.

Renault Assistance Added Cover is exclusively available to Renault customers.
Transferable
Even better, if you sell your Renault sooner than expected, you can add to the value of your vehicle. You can transfer the benefits of Renault Assistance Added Cover completely free of charge to the new owner.
- Please note that if Renault Assistance Added Cover is purchased after the date of registration, the cover is only valid until the vehicle is two years old
